Innovation Manor

Innovation Manor is a proud New European Bauhaus Prizes 2022 participant.

Our project is located in the Subcarpathian village of Rokietnica, Poland. The manor dates back to the 18th century. It is part of a larger estate, designed to run the agricultural business which was the region’s main activity Rokietnica lies:

• between two middle-sized cities: Jarosław (15 km) and Przemyśl (20 km)

• 60 km from Rzeszów, regional capital strongly promoting innovation

• in the middle of the industrial cluster “Aviation Valley”

• 115 km from Lviv, the largest city in western Ukraine

• close to the A4 highway connecting Lviv to the EU

The main objective of the project is:

to transform a dilapidated country estate into a local community center and regional innovation hub.
