Our mission
Our civic initiative is based on the ideas of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) and our own concept of the Innovation Manor®. This means that through our work we want to motivate different audiences to care more about historic buildings.
We are convinced that they are a treasure, a precious resource that we have no right to waste. We must preserve them for future generations. In our projects, we seek answers on how to do this for the benefit of the local community and the Planet.
That is why we do everything we can to prove that heritage sites can be climate-friendly, can be places of innovation, collaboration, inspiration, education and much more!

Innovation Manor® Concept
The Innovation Manor® concept addresses the problem of undeveloped architectural heritage sites located in rural areas, seeking new functions for them and creating a development plan based on economically, socially and ecologically sustainable solutions.
COOPERATION
We cooperate with higher education institutions, research networks, local government organisations and citizens.
We offer a methodology for a sustainable implementation of revitalisation, renovation and modernisation based on the knowledge of our specialists - architects, engineers, sociologists and consultants specialising in the management and execution of complex projects.
We are piloting the creation, and in the future the implementation, of solutions to improve energy efficiency, operating within a closed loop economy, community engagement in relation to architectural heritage sites.
We bring together rural and urban environments around the idea of lifelong learning, innovation and well-being centred on the common axis of cultural and architectural heritage.
